We all know that, thanks to payoffs, kickbacks, bribes, and outright lies and deceptions, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid were able to cobble together the votes that they needed to pass their bill last year.

But... IT'S NOT OVER! And the first vote to SHOW that we mean business can take place THIS WEEK, if the Republicans don't back down from the opportunity.

Yes, Obamacare has now become law -- a HUGE step towards a socialistic takeover of the American healthcare system.

But Obama, Pelosi and Reid didn't count on one thing: the American people, who came out in full force against passage of this bill, are NOT slinking away to lick their wounds in defeat...

WE ARE FIGHTING BACK -- AND WE'RE READY TO REPEAL OBAMACARE!

According to news reports, the new Republican-controlled House plans to schedule a vote to repeal the sweeping health care overhaul before President Barack Obama delivers his annual State of the Union address late this month... and there's a good chance the vote will PASS!

Remember, there's 242 Republicans in the House now. Also remember, Obamacare only passed by seven votes -- which means there is now a STRONG majority there in favor of repealing it... and there may even be a two-thirds majority, which is enough to override any Presidential veto coming from Obama!

And if it passes by that huge majority in the House... that will put enormous pressure on the Senate to do the same thing. And if the Senate passes it, Obama will probably veto it -- but then Congress can vote AGAIN to override it.

And if all of that doesn't work... some leading GOP Congressmen have a great plan to repeal Obamacare -- piece by piece.

There's just one problem: we have to make sure the REPUBLICANS don't go back to their old ways -- that they don't double-cross us and decide NOT to take action!

That means that we now have work to do if we want to STOP the Democrats' efforts to impose socialized healthcare by REPEALING Obamacare!

This will NOT be an easy fight. The NY Times reports that Democrats are already "gearing up for a coordinated all-out effort to preserve and defend" Obamacare.

We need to stay on top of Congress NOW, or else they're going to give in to the Democrats AGAIN and decide NOT to fight for a full repeal of the new socialized healthcare law. Don't believe us? Well, immediately after the bill passed, Sen. Jim DeMint (R-SC) introduced legislation to repeal the whole thing, and spoke ONLY of starting from scratch. Announcing his legislation, which is co-sponsored by a dozen other Republicans, DeMint stated, "We must repeal this bill and start over."

But right after he did that, what did we see from our so-called "leaders" in the House and Senate?

"Repeal and replace will be the slogan for the fall," said Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) on CNN. "Hopefully we'll be able to repeal the most egregious parts of this and replace them with things that we could have done on a bipartisan basis much earlier this year."

WHAT??? He MUST have been kidding -- surely he didn't speak for the rest of the GOP leaders... did he? Well, it seemed like his statement was just a fluke -- House Republican Conference Chairman Mike Pence (R-IN) came out and said, "We will work in every way to repeal this legislation and start over."

GREAT! He said we're going to REPEAL the whole thing!

Or DID he? As reported, moments later, Rep. Pence said the House GOP was in favor of "repealing and replacing Obamacare with an approach that gives Americans more choices instead of more government. There are small elements of the legislation that's moving forward that Republicans have always supported."

No, No, NO!!! They're getting it ALL WRONG -- just like this horrible new law is ALL WRONG!

We CAN totally repeal the Left's socialized healthcare law -- IF we can FORCE Congress to STOP talking about "replacing" with another law that's "just a little better," and MAKE them work hard to REPEAL IT!

Look, we're not being unrealistic here. We recognize that we're facing an uphill battle in our fight to get rid of all the horrible legislation passed in recent years. But just because the fight is tough, doesn't mean we shouldn't fight! Look how far we've already gotten -- we took BACK the House, and are closer than ever in the Senate!

Rep. Fred Upton (R-MI), the incoming chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, said a vote to repeal Obamacare in the House would not be merely symbolic, but if they fail to get it past the Senate and get any veto overridden, "after that, we're going to go after this bill piece by piece."

That is EXACTLY what must be done! We need to make sure this socialist law is ATTACKED from every angle possible, including cutting off money for the law, summoning Obama administration officials to testify at investigative hearings, and encouraging State officials to attack the law in court as unconstitutional.

TAKE ACTION: Rep. Michelle Bachmann (R-MN) got it right when she said, "It's important that we repeal Obamacare as soon as possible because it is already harming the economy and killing jobs. Employers are seeing their costs for providing health insurance skyrocket, and that's causing them to hold off on hiring and job creation."

Of course, we've already seen 20 state attorneys general -- including from Harry Reid's own state of Nevada -- file suit against the federal government, saying the requirement that every American purchase insurance or pay a fine is unconstitutional (the latest to do so was Wisconsin, this week). One federal court in Virginia has already declared it to be so. On top of that, at least 41 states have announced their intentions to introduce legislation (or have already introduced it) that would prohibit Obamacare's individual requirement to purchase health insurance.

We CAN win this fight to REPEAL Obamacare! We MUST make sure our Representatives and Senators understand VERY CLEARLY that we DO NOT WANT to "reform or replace" this new socialized healthcare law -- WE WANT TO REPEAL IT, piece by piece if we have to! And if just one in four Democrats vote to repeal the bill, then that would enable the House at least to override any veto that the president might give.

A majority of lawmakers in the new House and a near-majority in the new Senate ran on full repeal. Therefore, after an initial "full repeal" vote in January, House leaders can bring up at least four "effective repeal" bills: (1) repeal the individual mandate; (2) repeal the IRS Form 1099 paperwork nightmare; (3) let people with private insurance "keep what they have;" and (4) let states opt out of the exchanges and Medicaid expansion. Each one of these bills can pass both Houses of Congress with bipartisan support -- and each one of them would shoot poison arrows into the heart of Obamacare.

The majority of the American people continue to say that they oppose this law. They want it repealed -- so whether or not the upcoming vote on the "Repealing the Job-Killing Health Care Law Act" will be "symbolic" will depend on what the Senate and the president do. Will they finally LISTEN and OBEY THE PEOPLE? The country spoke with a LOUD voice in November. The fight is NOT over, and we CAN still REPEAL Obamacare...
