ALERT: As you know, yesterday, thanks to payoffs, kickbacks, bribes, and outright lies and deceptions, Nancy Pelosi was able to cobble together the 216 votes -- plus 3 -- that she needed to pass the already-voted-up Senate version of Obamacare.

But... IT'S NOT OVER!

Yes, the House passed the Senate bill, which Barack Obama is ready to sign into law -- a HUGE step towards a socialistic takeover of the American healthcare system.

But House Democrats only agreed to pass the Senate bill by ALSO passing ANOTHER bill last night: a parliamentary trick called "reconciliation".

The Democrats in the House didn't like the bill that the Senate Democrats passed. But before Congress could pass a "reconciliation" bill making the Senate's bill acceptable to the House Democrats, the House had to first pass the Senate bill, and now the President must sign it into law. The problem is, House Democrats know how UNPOPULAR the Senate bill is, so they didn't want to vote on it unless they also passed a "reconciliation" bill to "fix" that Senate bill -- giving them "cover" for their votes.

There's just one problem -- under Congress' own rules, their "fix" is ILLEGAL and CANNOT be considered by the Senate!

That means that we STILL have the chance to STOP the Democrats' efforts to impose even MORE socialized healthcare ON TOP OF Obamacare!

The Congressional Budget Act of 1974 reads, "LIMITATION ON CHANGES TO THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT: Notwithstanding any other provision of law, it shall not be in order in the Senate or the House of Representatives to consider any reconciliation bill or reconciliation resolution reported pursuant to a concurrent resolution on the budget agreed to under section 301 or 304, or a joint resolution pursuant to section 258C of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, or any amendment thereto or conference report thereon, that contains recommendations with respect to the old-age, survivors, and disability insurance program established under title II of the Social Security Act."

Well, guess what? According to House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer's office, "The Congressional Budget Office estimate of the health care legislation shows an increase in Social Security revenues... CBO projects that the resulting increase in wages will generate $29 billion in additional FICA contributions to the Social Security Trust Fund."

Do you get it? The House Democrats voted for a "fix" to Obamacare that is ILLEGAL under the Budget Act! Not only that; it's BEEN illegal for OVER 30 YEARS!

One of the big things that House Democrats don't like about the Senate bill is a tax on high-cost "Cadillac" insurance plans, which could eat into union benefits. So, included in the package of changes to "fix" the bill is a compromise between the White House and congressional Democrats to put off that tax until 2018, as opposed to 2013.

BUT... the adjustment would BREAK that Congressional rule that says "reconciliation" -- this parliamentary trick that Democrats are planning to use to usher the bill through the Senate with just 51 votes, instead of 60 (since Scott Brown took that 60th vote away) -- CANNOT be used to tweak Social Security!

Because the tax on "Cadillac" insurance plans is projected to bring in revenue to Social Security, as the House Democrats admit, any change to that tax would affect Social Security.

And THAT is a CLEAR VIOLATION OF THE LAW!

We CAN stop this House Democrat "fix" that makes Obamacare even WORSE -- IF we can FORCE the Senate to reject it because it's ILLEGAL!

Because the House Democrats were so intent on passing ANYTHING that would take us further down the road to socialized healthcare, they were willing to swallow Sen. Harry Reid's LIES about passing "reconciliation" in the Senate to "fix" their bill! In fact, former Senator Rick Santorum says Democratic leaders were well aware of this fact, but actually "sandbagged" their members in the House in order to RAM healthcare reform through Congress!

We can take advantage of the House Democrats' stupidity, by making sure that this "reconciliation fix" FAILS in the U.S. Senate... but we can't do it without YOUR help!

And we don't have much time to STOP this horrible "fix" to Obamacare: the Senate is planning to vote THIS WEEK on the "reconciliation" bill! We CANNOT let the radical liberals in Congress -- and the White House -- push their plan for socialized health care EVEN FURTHER before we can get them OUT of office in November! Orrin Hatch (R-UT) was already saying before the bill passed in the House that Senate Republicans have enough votes on at least TWO points of order to alter the measure and send it BACK to the House for a second round of votes. "If those people think they're only going to vote on this once, they're nuts," Hatch said as House Democratic leaders rounded up support before the scheduled vote on Sunday. The senator from Utah also said the approach Democrats are using to pass the legislation in the House may be unconstitutional because the House and Senate aren't voting on "exactly the same language."
